The Advisory Board will have three primary mandates:
Foresight & Validation: To scrutinize and pressure-test the AGCC's long-term strategic roadmap
Credibility & Advocacy: To act as ambassadors, leveraging their personal and professional reputations to endorse the AGCC-Council mission;
Network Activation: To selectively open their unparalleled Rolodexes for critical, high-stakes introductions to sovereign leaders, global; institutional investors and hereby accelerating deal flow and partnership formation.
LIGHT-TOUCH GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
A lean, high-impact model ensuring maximum contribution with minimal bureaucracy:
Composition: a selected group of 20 Advisors, ensuring intimacy and decisiveness.
Criteria for Membership: A non-negotiable requirement is proof of transformative, intercontinental impact. Members must have lived and led across continents, with a verifiable track record of building or governing institutions that operate at multisectoral level.
Meetings: Two formal virtual conclaves per year for deep-dive strategy, supplemented by targeted, ad-hoc consultations (one-on-one or in small groups) as specific needs arise.
Term: A rolling three-year term with the possibility of a single renewal, ensuring fresh perspectives while maintaining continuity.
